To log into the GA Power Equipment Spares Website you need 2 things:Online Ordering Features:
1. Account Details: This is a summary of your account - your address and account balance. You can change your details and update them as well as view current orders.
2. Fast Order: This is an area where you can make an order quickly when you already know:
*Please note quantity is based on standard packs, if you order 1 and the part comes in a standard pack of 10 you will
be sent and charged for 10.
All prices listed are for one (1) individual part not a standard pack.
This rule applies mainly for smaller comonly used parts. You can check what standard pack contains for each part by clicking on the part number in Shopping Cart and activating the extended description pop up.
If you require more than 10 different items you can click on "Add more" to add up to another 10 items - Ultimately you can order as many parts as you like through this method.
When you have completed entering your order click on "Add to cart." Once this has been done you will be taken to the Shopping Cart and a Cart Summary will appear on the bottom left hand corner of the screen. You can then either use the other features to add more parts or click "process cart" - please see the section on Shopping Cart to go further.
3. Part Search: This is the most powerful tool of the online ordering. You can search our parts by one of 3 ways:
4. Catalogue Browse: This section is an online version of a catalogue. You search through the Catalogue Browse, by selecting the options that correspond to your unit and part.
First select the type of unit you have, i.e. Mower, Brushcutter, Chainsaw or Demolition saw (Edgers are included in mowers)
Then select the area where you need a new part for the unit eg. Air filter
Then select the Brand of unit you have. You should then be given a list of parts that suit that brand. If required on the top right hand corner an Application Guide maybe provided to assist you in fitting the right part to your model.
Majority of parts can be found in 3 clicks, sometimes additional information is required to find the part and you may have an extra level.
5. Shopping Cart: Once you have added something to the cart you can go to the cart and see your order.
You can review the parts that you have ordered by clicking on the part number or the camera, to view the extended description pop up.
You can also add additional parts if you know the GA code by typing in the code in the Enter GA code field and clicking add to cart.
Once you are happy with the order click process cart. In the next window complete the customer details and then click process cart. Your order will then be placed and will appear in the current orders.
6. Current Orders: this is where you can review all orders that are or have been active this month.
7. Review Purchase History: This is a comprehensive listing of previous orders you have placed with GA Power Equipment Spares. Select the Date, Month and Year you want to view your orders after.
8. Invoice reprint: If you know the invoice number (you can find this in Purchase History) you can view and print old invoices.
9. Log out: When you are finished making an order remember to log out of your session to ensure others can not log back on to your session from your computer.
